Abstract

Akhtar Zaman Akhtar is not a newcomer to the world of poetry, but so far only one of his poetry collections has been praised by critics. "Deve Tale Nehera" is the first Hindko poetry collection by Akhtar Zaman Akhtar, published in January 2016 by Jamal School, Lahore. The real secret of the acceptance and greatness of the poet is not based on the abundance or scarcity of words, but rather, the language and characteristics of the poems lead to his fame and notoriety. From this point of view, the twenty-six poems of Akhtar Zaman Akhtar are special and common. Akhtar Zaman Akhtar shows a flair for Hindko and Urdu, but his dominant inclination is towards Hindko poetry Akhtar Zaman Akhtar shows a flair for Hindko and Urdu, but his dominant inclination is towards Hindko poetry. Thus, they show their devotion to their mother tongue. It seems that they have dedicated themselves to promoting and developing the Hindko language. He has covered the issues of love and emigration and separation, the bitter and harsh realities of human life side by side in his ghazal templates with great skill. His poetry is a reflection of realism rather than romanticism. Akhtar has seen human life very closely, which is proved by his poetry.
