Abstract

Dr. Drwaish Yousafzai, a prominent poet and writer from Mardan, is a leading resistance voice in modern Pashto literature. A medical doctor by profession, he combines empathy for the underprivileged with literary expression. His poetry centers on his homeland, the Pashtun nation, and the struggles of marginalized laborers.
