This study examines at Allama Muhammad Iqbal’s vision of the "Ideal Society" and how it relates to today's social and economic issues. Iqbal’s philosophy focuses on selfhood (Khudi), intellectual freedom, social justice and the revival of Ijtihad as key factors in creating a progressive Islamic society. The research shows that Iqbal saw spiritual growth and moral awareness as the basis for collective prosperity. He also highlighted the significance of education, strong leadership and economic fairness. The study further examines urgent concerns in modern Muslim societies including extremism, corruption, unemployment, inequality and poor governance using Iqbal’s ideas for analysis. It claims that Iqbal’s thoughts are not just about poetry or abstract philosophy but they also offer a practical guide for change and renewal. His method combines religion with modernity connecting spiritual values with socio-economic progress. The findings indicate that if contemporary societies embrace Iqbal’s principles, they can break free from stagnation achieve justice and ensure lasting progress. Therefore, Iqbal’s vision remains relevant and provides a solid plan for tackling today’s social and economic challenge.
