There is one such personality in Urdu literature, Muhammad Hussain Azad, who, even in a state of madness and madness, has accomplished feats that many in the world of wisdom cannot even think of. He not only gave a new style to Urdu poetry but also gave a new form and form to Urdu poetry. This same person lit the candle of new criticism. He laid the foundation of thematic poetry, started the tradition of Majlisi criticism. He was the first to present the theory of the birth of the Urdu language and declared Birj Bhasha as the source and source of the Urdu language. He emphasized the use of foreign languages, especially English, for the promotion of Urdu. "Aab-e-Hayat" is a work by Muhammad Hussain Azad, which is considered a modern commentary on classical poets. This book consists of five periods, behind which twenty years of hard work are behind it. At the beginning of "Aab-e-Hayat", Muhammad Hussain Azad has presented a systematic theory of the history of Urdu, and immediately after that is the history of Urdu prose and Urdu poetry. In the previous commentary, criticism, situations and poetry were not analyzed in a balanced manner like "Aab-e-Hayat". This book contains fiction, literature and expressive prose. In essay writing, this book has an eternal status in Urdu literature. Aab Hayat has the status of an inspired book of prose due to its language, elegance and delicacy. In Aab Hayat, the history of Urdu language and literature is described in a very detailed manner. The author has divided the entire literary history into five periods. In which the commentary begins with Wali and ends with Mirani. This book is important both historically and critically.
